Sit through a slide deck and answer a quiz at the end, and most people forget the content within a week — the certificate goes in a drawer and nothing about how they write code actually changes. CyberMindX builds cohort programs around labs deliberately broken to mirror your real stack, with separate tracks depending on whether the audience is developers, SREs, incident responders, or executives, and tabletop exercises that put a team through a breach scenario that feels uncomfortably real.

How we run a training engagement

Skill Assessment

Before the program starts, we get a real read on where each participant stands, which tells us how deep each module needs to go and where the cohort's actual gaps are.

Curriculum Design

Nobody gets handed a generic course. The curriculum is built specifically around your stack and whatever gaps the assessment turned up for this particular cohort.

Lab Provisioning

We stand up deliberately vulnerable environments on isolated infrastructure, built in the same language and framework your team actually ships in, not a generic stand-in.

Cohort Delivery

An instructor runs the sessions live, with lab time in between and peer review built in — closer to a hands-on workshop than anything you'd watch on a screen alone.

Post-Program Reinforcement

Participants are reassessed once the program ends, managers get a written summary of how the cohort progressed, and we leave you with a plan for keeping the skills sharp in the following weeks.
